The first diet blog

This blog is intended to be a helpful tool for me, michelle, to finally get back in shape. Here is how it will work:
1. I will write down everything I eat each day.
2. I will write down any kind of exercise I completed.
3. You will check this blog and encourage, support or give a little pick me up as needed.
