Ok, Michelle, I'm with you! Seriously! I too am trying to lose weight - I am trying to lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks! argh.... I stuck to an all-protein diet and no drinking for a good 4 days! (that's awesome for me) until my damn roomate had a party with all kinds of bad stuff lying around and - you guessed it - I gave in...
Anyway, I came across your blog looking for weightloss tips... And now I want to get YOUR thoughts on a Yoga Program I have been investigating at Mind And Body Workout. My friends tell me this gives you all the benefits of Yoga and also adds high-intensity breathing so you get a high-altitude workout... I'm thinking about getting it... completing it... well, that's another story. But Ima sure as hell try this time! LET'S DO THIS!!!
