Yesterday: no kickboxing. No workout. A beer, ice cream and snickers instead. Gads!
Today: promises of working out. But food already started off on a bad foot. Didn't have time to make breakfast (all out of yogurt) and nowhere to go at 445am, so bought a cake doughnut and two pigs-in-a-blanket. Feel like curling up with blanket.
Must do better. Must overcome the backsliding into bad habits.

it will be ok. just do better at lunch and dinner.
and as far as exercising, because you're so busy and really need to focus on school to get it done and over with, you could probably scale back a little on cardio and do like just 30 min. 3-4 days a week. that's enough to feel better but not so much that it's cutting into studying, resting, everything else that's important.
then when you finish school and have a better schedule that doesn't begin at 4am you can focus more on getting in shape. just an idea...

You know, you're right. Mainly I have been doing long workouts because I am trying to get ready for long days at the winery. Basically, when I start, I am going to hit the ground running with harvest going on. You remember how it was at Spicewood? Well, it will be like that for me everyday until the grapes are smooshed and fermenting.
But doing it for 30 is better than none at all!
